Yellow-flowered Strawberry - Potentilla indica
Unlike our usual white flowered strawberry, this species has yellow flowers and the fruits are lacking the appealing flavour.

The yellow flowers are produced in mid spring, then sporadically throughout the growing season.

Infrequently recorded escape from cultivation in Leicestershire and Rutland.
