Eupteryx stachydearum
A leafhopper associated with plants in the Labiatae family, such as woundworts and dead-nettles. The vertex usually has three spots, and the one at the back and middle of the vertex has an irregular outline but lacks a deep incision. The black mark towards the apex of the costal margin of the forewing covers the radial vein.
This is very similar to other Eupteryx species, particularly E florida, and careful examination of the markings on head, pronotum and forewings is needed.
Either very good field photos from top down and in side view, or photos of a specimen, or dissection of male. Ensure you have noted the species of plant from which it was collected.
