Macropsis prasina
Macropsis is a very difficult genus of hoppers, mainly becasue of the variation in colour and markings. Macropsis prasina is usually bright green, with green veins in the forewing. Males have a black spot at the base of the hind tibia. Length 4.3mm - 5.1mm; females larger than males. It is associated with sallows.
