Agallia brachyptera
Length 2.5-3.5mm. The most distinctive species in this genus. Very short wings with dark streaks, abdomen with transverse bands.

In dry sparsely vegetated habitats but also from fens and marshes.

A scarce and local leafhopper largely confined mostly to the east of England.
