Siberian Stonecrop - Phedimus hybridus
A spreading plant with scalloped green leaves and clusters of bright yellow star like flowers it can form quite a dense carpet over small areas of ground.
Similar to Sedum kamtschaticum but Phedimus hybridus has smaller leaves and flowers.

A casual escape from cultivation and rarely found far from habitation.
Flowers July to September.
Perennial.
Widespread but little recorded in Britain as an escape from cultivation.
Rarely recorded in Leicestershire and Rutland.
